What prices do we match?
We will match prices and promotions publicly available to all customers, in a shop or a competitors' website.
The price match will only apply to identical products in terms of brand, range, size and colour. We take into account delivery service (one or two man), stock availability and delivery charges of the competitor when comparing prices and promotions. We do not match special or individually negotiated discounts or prices which are not available publicly. We also take into account stock availability, as it may be that we are holding stock in our warehouse and the competitor is ordering it from the manufacturer which will impact on delivery timescales.
